This workshop will explore the concept of microaggressions along lines of race, gender, and sexual orientation. Small and large group work will help participants understand how to recuperate from microaggressions and/or how best to address them when they occur.
The group will be studying vignettes and end with Next Steps and Powerful Questions (how to continue the work)
